Hello Dr. Sue we have talked before many times on different types of control like blackmail with Findom’s. I wanted to write and ask you this question, as even though i have been a property of a Mistress for many years i have just recently heard of some slaves entering into legally binding debt contracts with their Mistresses/Findom’s. I was hoping you might educate me a little on what a debt contract is, and is it legally binding, as we know blackmail contracts are not, but i’m unfamiliar with a debt contact.

A debt contract is no different than a blackmail contract in that they are not enforceable. Essentially what the findom is doing is writing up a fake loan-ish document. As if she loaned you money, but hasn’t and you have to make payments to pay off that debt.

I don’t think it takes a law degree to know that making payments on a loan that never existed constitutes a form of money laundering. So it cannot possibly be legal or enforceable.

I’ve discussed this a LOT on my show but I’ll say it again. There is nothing about financial domination that is legal. You can call it gifting all you want but in a court of law financial domination is extortion on behalf of the findom and could again be considered money laundering from the client’s perspective. There have been several women over the years who have been taken to court by disgruntled males who lost a lot of money and decided they wanted it back.

And that’s to say nothing of the tax laws that are more often than not being broken because no one declares the cash they give or receive. Or the fact that during cashmeets a findom can be arrested for solicitation.

This is precisely why companies such as Paypal, Gift Rocket, Cash.me, Square, Greendot, Venmo and more expressly state that they DO NOT allow this type of exchange of money OR ANY ADULT transaction and never have despite brainless women not only using these services but advertising that they do. And since the passing of FOSTA/SESTA there are even less ways to exchange money between a findom and her client.

Smart people know that any type of online or pro domination IS a form of financial domination regardless of calling it that but by doing it in a business format such as through a service like Niteflirt everyone is protected. But the free-wheeling exchange of cash for nothing is illegal.

First of all Rich, let me explain what poppers are for anyone who doesn’t know.  Poppers are a from a class of chemicals called alkyl nitrate.  Most of us know them more commonly as amyl nitrate.

Poppers come in tiny glass bottles filled with the chemical. You’ll see them promoted under lots of crazy names like Rush, Jungle Juice or Maximum Impact.  When you open the bottle there is a distinct odor that smells like video head cleaner, which is how they used to be marketed because they fall in to a grey area when it comes to legality.

Poppers came to fame during the sixties and seventies in the gay clubs as they were thought to have a relaxing effect on smooth muscles such as throat and anus.  But what it also does is give you a brief euphoric high.

BUT… like everything there is a caveat. Inhaling chemicals of any kind is risky and there is no difference with poppers. It’s actually quite dangerous.

Inhaling too much amyl can run from a brutal headache to unconsciousness, seizures and death. Just like anything else too much of a fun thing can be bad for you.  So clearly you have to be careful playing because if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or even conditions you might not know about this could cause a serious health issue.

Financial domination has died a horrible death my friends and there’s no one standing by with paddles to shock the life back in to it.

Oh sure some of you ladies will probably say I’m just a bitter old woman and you’re entitled to your opinion just as much as I’m entitled to mine.  But let’s look at the facts. So instead of actually learning the craft of domination you had and still have, women who think flashing their twat for $20 on Skype is financial domination.  WRONG!

Yes I can hear you ladies now, “it doesn’t matter how you get the money out of them, it’s still financial domination.”  Or, and I love this one, “who are you to judge how I make my money.”  Now sweet thing, I don’t give a rats ass how you get your money. If you want to spread your legs or flash your titties you are absolutely right, I won’t stand in judgement of how you get your money.  Just don’t call yourself a Financial Domanatrix because that is not now, nor has it ever been what a true FinDom does.  So you cash-for-flash rinsing bitches go right ahead and carry on doing what you’re doing but what you’re doing is NOT financial domination.

Mainstream media hasn’t helped the situation either with all the ridiculous ‘documentaries’ purporting to show what financial domination is and isn’t.  When I see these articles and docu-series my eyes roll so far up I look like something from the Walking Dead.

Domination is an art. Financial domination is a niche within that art.  It has nothing to do with twat watching or jiggling your ass.  It has to do with seduction.  Men want to be seduced out of their money.  You babes who are out there on Twitter and Instagram saying PAY ME!  This is what you look like:

I get many women who email me for advice. Usually I never hear back from them because they don’t like what I have to say.  Truth hurts. But if you want to make a living at being a Domme DON’T GO IN TO FINANCIAL DOMINATION.  The reality is, if you niche yourself in some way the money will follow anyway.  Most good financial domination relationships don’t start out that way.  They start out as just D & s and the financial aspects naturally follow.  Logic dictates if you’re playing online the only way to serve IS financially.

It’s like tattoos.  Personally I hate them. You’re not, go right ahead and do that but calling yourself a financial dominatrix is a lie because you aren’t dominating anyone.  You’re giving away the goods and as soon as you give those goods away you’ve leveled the playing field and you are no longer in a dominant position.  The same holds true for Dommes who have sex with their subs. You’ve just destroyed the Dominant/submissive aspect of the relationship.

So my advice to newbies just coming in to the world of online domination is LEARN YOUR CRAFT FIRST. Niche yourself with the myriad of fetishes out there and never, ever call yourself a FinDom.  Cause if you do, you just made yourself…BASIC.

Caveat: This article has caused some ladies heads to explode.  I’ve been told I’m “Kink Shaming.”  (Sorry but I find that term hilarious) If you choose to read this and only see negativity that is your choice. 5 Ways to Insult a Financial Dominatrix

One of the many reasons why I don’t do a lot of Financial Domination anymore is the lack of commitment on the part of the money slave which is very insulting to a Financial Dominatrix and I KNOW I’m not the only one because these are extremely common Financial Domme complaints. I personally am sick and fucking tired of money pigs complaining about the amount they are told to give.

Gentlemen, and I use that term extremely loosely, you will never win what little respect you may get from a Financial Domme by starting off with NEGOTIATING.  Understand something boyz, this is not a fucking board room and nothing is done ‘by the book’.  Actually I’ll rephrase that, it is done by the book it’s just not the book you’re used to. It’s the Domme’s book and we reserve the right to change the rules of said rule book at any time without prior notice.

We don’t give a flying fuck about your less than glamorous financial situation, if you have these issues you shouldn’t be seeking out the services of the Financial Domme in the first place.  And yet so many of you tools do just that, you say you want to be blackmailed for example and then you squawk at the terms of your contract if you’re lucky enough to even have one.  That’s to say nothing of trying to negotiate a smaller payment after you’ve agreed to a particular amount.

I’m sure you’re noticing the tone in this post. There is nothing worse than sub that’s topping from the bottom. I will say this again, if you can’t afford to play the game don’t play it. If you don’t have the money but still want to feel a bit of the terror you’re seeking, get a phone Domme to do a blackmail role-play with you only.  But make sure you tell her it’s only a role-play.  And always remember, it’s a small community, your name WILL get around as being a cheap, loser, deadbeat and no Financial Domme with touch you.
